Hands of mercy programs

In today’s society, health, food security and education takes a prime role in development of an individual, communities and Nation. These are also at the core of our development program for people in the rural Mbeere village and beyond. Jesus Christ was performing acts of mercy, Love, Peace, feeding the hungry, and giving wholeness to peoples’ body.

 

  • CAMT-KENYA has children program and among the children in the program we have identified 300 needy children  who either lack basic needs or do not have parents but live with their grandparents in the poor homes. This number is growing day by day. We carry out discipleship program and mentorship to various churches and NGOs AND institutions dealing with children where we aim at transforming the lives of children into a responsible Godly young generation.

  • The mission Team visits these children at churches, homes and schools where they share with them the Love of Christ and his words.
  • Each Child needs USD. 80 per month for food, clothes, school fees and books.
  • For around $3 a day, you can make a direct and profound difference in the life of a child. Your donation ensures that your sponsored child has nourishing food, clean water, medical care, excellent education, and the opportunity to hear the life-changing message of Jesus Christ. we teach them life skills and pray with them and we share joy together.
  • Help qualified high school graduates achieve their dream of a university degree! Earning a university degree seems like an impossible dream for the children growing up in the slums and other disadvantaged areas of Kenya. Yet many of the Primary school pupils from CAMT-KENYA have taken secondary entrance exams and are eligible to begin their secondary academic careers and later proceed to university. Your gift builds a sustainable fund that allows qualified students to receive a loan paid directly to their respective educational institution. Upon completion of their studies, students then give back to global communities through CAMT-KENYA GLOBAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT VOLUNTEER PROGRAM, thus replenishing the fund to allow more students to achieve a university degree! You can be part of this joy today. Each year, the number of children enrolled in CAMT-KENYA greatly increases as we recruit more children. So many more children in our mission could receive a quality, Christian education through CAMT-KENYA. ,You can help us provide additional opportunities for community transformation by assisting in the construction of CAMT-KENYA MISSION CENTER where we will include classrooms for the number of children growing each day and also for other missionary activities and training

 The specific purpose of this project is:

  • Establish Child Mentorship and Development Centre that will oversee all activities regarding, child assistance and holistic empowerment of the society.
  • Bring all youth, children and society at large to better health, access to quality education, clothing and shelter.
  • Educate care givers and community on human rights, peace missions strategy and child care skills to reduce mortality rate, school dropout or child abuse.
  • To nature the talent of each child and make their dreams in life valid and realizable.
  • Improve pupil’s performance in school, class work through extra tuition, availability of study materials and cost pay for tuition.
  • Organize trainings and tours for youth, children, men and women of the society and their educators to ensure quality education is being delivered to them.
  • Reduce stigma for orphans, vulnerable children and the community at large as a result of emerging issues.
  • To be a center for cross cultural exchange programs and all missions related activities.

CAMT-KENYA has a mandate to feed every hungry child who comes to us, and we can only accomplish this through God’s supernatural provision. Christ died so there would always be enough. Every day we look into the faces of those who look to us for daily bread, and every day we look to Jesus to demonstrate His faithfulness by providing for us.

We offer several feeding programs that feed thousands of children, youth, widows and elderly on a regular basis. We provide an adequate diet to support mental and physical growth and development. Our programs support the public health initiatives on the base to prevent TB, HIV & Aids,diarrhea and cholera. We are eager to feed the hungry with a healthy, balanced diet and to continue to open more feeding programs as needs are identified.

Local economies are being supported through our efforts. Groceries are bought from local markets and almost all other supplies are from local businesses. We are thankful for the way God continues to supernaturally multiply food and resources to feed our family, the poor. There is truly always enough!

The amount of money needed to rebuild CAMT-KENYA Projects is almost limitless! Whether we raise $1000 or $150,000 or any other amount, 100% will go toward the projects which includes: 1. CAMT-KENYA hands of mercy/children homes, 2. water for life project, Help a child walk project, 3. CAMT-kenya health clinics and rescue centers, 4. CAMT-KENYA Child and youth Development center, 5. CAMT-Kenya Chapel, 6. CAMT-KENYA Talent academies , 7. Global Community development volunteer program /cross cultural mission 8. Guest houses and mission conference halls.
